FCC Chairman Nominated and CTO Named

Robert Tanner has an uncanny knack for recalling bytes of pop culture and in his spare time he's working on writing the not-necessarily horrible American novel. From time to time he also plays a critic on the intertubes. For the most part, however, he spends a lot of time thinking about communications and technology and wondering when we're all finally going to get those jet cars we were promised.
